Yoga From the Heart with Sandra
Yoga has been an integral part of my life for the past 25 years. What began as a source of joy has evolved into a vital support system during life's challenges. As a certified 500+ hour yoga teacher, my mission is to make the benefits of yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of age, flexibility, fitness level, or mobility.
I’m deeply passionate about sharing the transformative power of a regular yoga practice in a welcoming and inclusive environment. In my classes and retreats, I create a mindful and nurturing space where we focus on balancing the nervous system through breathwork, physical postures, meditation, and relaxation techniques. I truly believe that yoga can reduce stress, release tension, and cultivate a sense of calm and peace that extends beyond the mat, allowing us to live more fulfilling lives with newfound steadiness, enabling us to better connect with and support those we love.

Uses clear instructions and demonstrations to allow our bodies to stretch, strengthen, and realign.
Yoga works to correct the body's imbalances allowing a freer flow of energy within and combating our aches and pains.
During classes we focus on postures, the healing power of breathwork and relaxation, bringing in a sense of mindfulness.
