Embodied Strength – Calm Mind
Begin your yoga journey here. This beginner-friendly class starts from where you are and gently builds strength, stability, and confidence over time.
What is Embodied Strength?
A breath-led yoga practice that uses body weight, yoga props, and resistance bands to develop a strong, steady foundation with mindful awareness. Somatic movement encourages you to slow down, move with intention, and feel from the inside out.
What to Expect:
Each 70-minute class offers a calm, supportive space to learn at your own pace, with a focus on building strength and awareness in a sustainable, embodied way.

Class Blocks If you’re unable to attend a class, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Where possible, I will offer you a space in another class within the current block (subject to availability). If no alternative class is available or if insufficient notice is given, you will be directed to the online student library as a replacement option. When you book a class block, you receive priority booking for the next block, and your space will be held for you. Details, including the rebooking timeline and when your space will be released, will be shared in a rebooking email.
