Yoga can enhance your sense of well-being, build a more positive mindset,

reduce stress & tension and help to improve sleep.

Calm & Restore: Nervous System Care

Take time to pause and reconnect with both mind and body. This gentle class offers a mellow, breath-led practice to help you unwind, decompress and support your nervous system.

Through soft, flowing sequences, longer-held stretches and moments of stillness, we release deep-seated tension while cultivating mindful awareness and ease.

Each class ends with a calming guided relaxation, leaving you feeling grounded, soothed and ready for peaceful sleep.

Suitable for all levels, including beginners.

What to Bring /Do·

  • New students, please fill out the HEALTH & CONTACT FORM before attending
  • A yoga or exercise mat, bring yoga bricks/blocks if you have them
  • A blanket, to sit on and to use for relaxation
  • Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in
  • If you arrive after the class starts please enter quietly and take a space at the back or on the balcony.
  • If you need to borrow a mat or blocks please let me know, I have a few spare for new students.
