Evening Yoga: Find Steadiness
End your day with this breath-led dynamic slow flow designed to bring balance, calm and a sense of ease to both body and mind. Through purposeful movement, we explore slow flow sequences that build steadiness, strength and flexibility, while encouraging presence and release.
Each class concludes with a soothing wind down and relaxation, leaving you feeling relaxed, nourished and restored for a restful evening.
Suitable for all levels, including beginners.
WHAT TO BRING
New Students: Please fill out the HEALTH & CONTACT FORM before attending
A yoga or exercise mat, bring yoga bricks/blocks if you have them
A blanket, to sit on and to use for relaxation
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in
If you need to borrow a mat or blocks please let me know, I have a few spare for new students.

Class Blocks, Mini Retreats, Workshops & Drop-in Classes
All purchases are final and non-refundable.
Class Blocks
If you’re unable to attend a class, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Where possible, I will offer you a space in another class within the current block (subject to availability).
If no alternative class is available or if insufficient notice is given, you will be directed to the online student library as a replacement option.
When you book a class block, you receive priority booking for the next block, and your space will be held for you. Details, including the rebooking timeline and when your space will be released, will be shared in a rebooking email.
