YIN - YANG - RESTORE

Thursday 7:30-8:45 pm - 75min class

Yoga can enhance your sense of well-being, build a more positive mindset,

reduce stress & tension and help to improve sleep.

Yin Yoga: A Peaceful Practice

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga in which postures are held for longer periods. These extended holds allow you to work more deeply into the body’s tissues, particularly the fascia, while gently targeting the joints to support mobility and flexibility.

The unhurried pace creates space to cultivate mindfulness and stillness. By softly stressing the connective tissues, Yin Yoga encourages greater fluidity, flexibility and physical ease. Each posture becomes a container for awareness, inviting presence and quiet attention.

In a world that often prioritises doing and producing, Yin invites us to pause, reminding us that rest is just as essential. This calming effect on the nervous system can extend beyond the mat, supporting greater ease and balance in everyday life.

YIN – Lingering postures to help release accumulated tension.
YANG – Gentle, unfurling movement that connects breath with motion.
RESTORE – Deep, nurturing rest to leave you grounded and ready for sleep.
