Morning Yoga: Awaken Your Body and Mind
Start your day with this dynamic, breath-led morning class designed to awaken both body and mind. Through slow, mindful movement, we focus on yoga slow flows that cultivates steadiness, balance and strength, alongside poses that stretch and release tension.
Each session ends with a calming relaxation, leaving you with a sense of balanced energy. It is the perfect way to begin your day with calm and a positive mindset.
Suitable for all levels, including beginners. Please ask if you are unsure.
What to Bring /Do·
New students, please fill in the Health & Contact Form
A yoga or exercise mat, bring yoga bricks/blocks if you have them
A blanket, to sit on and to use for relaxation
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in
If you arrive after the class starts please enter quietly and take a space at the back or on the balcony.
If you need to borrow a mat or blocks please let me know, I have a few spare for new students.
