Press the reset button for the week ahead with yoga to help you wind down, release stress, and ensure a peaceful night’s sleep.
Sunday evening reset offers a quiet, cost & softly lit space where you can gently release tension in the body, allowing yourself to fully unwind and relax.


This class offers a harmonious blend of:

  • Soothing breath work - pranayama
  • Gentle movement & stillness to bring ease into our bodies
  • Meditation that settles our minds

With each inhale, I invite in calm… With each exhale, I release peace…
Further Details:

  • Suitable for beginners.
  • You will need: A yoga mat, a cosy blanket, an eye pillow or scarf, and a couple of cushions.
  • Either bring your own bolster or request to borrow a bolster; please see payment information.
  • Wear comfortable clothing you can move in, and dress warmly in layers. As we move into stillness, the body cools while we engage the parasympathetic nervous system.
