- Grounding slow flow with lingering stretches
- Centring breath practice with mudra
- Restorative yoga
- Body scan relaxation
Please have to hand:
- Yoga mat & blanket.
- Bolster or 1/2 pillows
- Blocks or a couple of big thick books.
- Free wall space, chair or bed - for restorative - legs up the wall.
- Please wear comfortable clothing that you can stretch in, PJ's optional!
