Please have to hand:

  • Yoga mat & blanket.
  • Bolster or 1/2 pillows
  • Blocks or a couple of big thick books.
  • Free wall space, chair or bed - for restorative - legs up the wall.
  • Please wear comfortable clothing that you can stretch in, PJ's optional!
