As we move through seasonal shifts and external tensions, it is important to ground ourselves and build resilience. We can nurture this through gentle practices and deep rest.

You are warmly invited to join me in releasing tension and connecting more deeply with your own inner calm, strengthening the reserves that support you from within.

Sunday Evening Reset offers a quiet, cosy and softly lit space where you can gently ease tension in the body, allowing yourself to fully unwind and relax.

This class offers a harmonious blend of:

  • Soothing breath work - pranayama
  • Gentle tension-relieving yoga & restorative stillness to bring ease into our bodies
  • Meditation that settles our minds

Further Details:

  • Suitable for beginners.
  • You will need:
    A yoga mat, a cosy blanket, an eye pillow or scarf, and a couple of cushions.
  • Either bring your own bolster or request to borrow a bolster, please see payment information. necessary.
  • Wear comfortable clothing you can move in, and dress warmly in layers. As we move into stillness, the body cools while we engage the parasympathetic nervous system.
  • Cost £24-26 | 2 hours
