Online Chair Yoga

Thursday 4th December, 2:00–2:30pm

I’m offering a free, 30-minute chair-based yoga session.

The session will be recorded, and you’ll have access to the recording for 7 days.
Only I will appear in the recording, participants will not be visible.

This gentle class is suitable for all levels of mobility, and no previous yoga experience is needed. Movements can be adapted, and you are always encouraged to go at your own pace.

You will need:

  • A sturdy chair placed on a non-slip surface
  • A blanket
  • A couple of books (or something similar) to place under your feet, if needed
  • Comfortable clothing you can move easily in

Before the session:

  • A Zoom link will be sent to you by email, simply click the link to join.
  • You do not need a Zoom account.
  • Please keep your camera on. I will turn your speaker off when the session starts.
  • You’re welcome to join from 1:55 pm, and I’ll be available to help with any technical issues.
