Class Description
Chair-based yoga offers a gentle yet effective way to experience the many benefits of yoga, with the added stability and support of a chair. While seated, we stay true to the core principles of yoga: mindful movement, breath awareness, and a sense of connection, all thoughtfully adapted to suit every level of ability.
This class is open to everyone, regardless of age, experience, or mobility. If you’re living with a chronic condition or finding movement more challenging, chair yoga can be a wonderful way to support your wellbeing and stay active in a safe, accessible way.
As well as improving strength, flexibility, and mobility, this practice offers a chance to reconnect with your body, your breath, and with others. These classes are as much about community and self-care as they are about physical movement.
